Well usually they are very much more confident. You know, they can smile, whereas before they were walking around trying to hide their teeth rather than giving a big smile and you know, I believe that they is no such thing as an ugly person with a smile. It is true and it is sad because some of these people are really very attractive people and unfortunately for one reason or another and, you know, it can be anything from that's the way they were born, some drugs they took as a small child especially for earaches, all these kinds of things and they cracked their teeth and maybe they were in an accident, they are just not happy with their smile and so we are able to bring back their teeth to what you would say as a 20-year-old and stuff like that and so it is really marvelous.
